1.  Regarding off-road pathways (pathways through backyards):

(70%) I do not find off-road pathways acceptable.

(30%) I find off-road pathways acceptable in the following instances:

        (17%) Through my own backyard.

        (25%) Through a neighbor’s backyard when the neighbor does not object.

        (12%) Through a neighbor’s backyard even when the neighbor objects.

2.  How would you rate the maintenance of the Town’s pathways:

3.  Which of the two following points of view on how the Town regulates new home designs do you most agree with:

(82%) If a proposed house meets the Town’s standards, unless there are very significant issues to the contrary, it should be approved. Our ordinance sets certain maximums. You and your neighbor are mostly free to site and design a house so long as it does not exceed these maximums. Everyone is treated equally.

(18%) Numerical standards and ceilings are subject to adjustment for each lot in order to accomplish goals of the General Plan, the Site Development Ordinance and the Design Guidelines. The Planning Commission has broad discretion to set more stringent limits on a case by case basis.
